Who we are

You can contact us about privacy using the details in "Contact us about privacy" below.

What personal information we collect

  • Enquiry forms on this website: your name and telephone number.
  • Follow-up conversations (by phone, text message or email): your email address, address or postcode, and details of the job, such as the work you'd like done, photos and preferred timings.
  • Telephone calls: call recordings and the information you give during the call (see "Call recording and AI receptionist" below).
  • If you become a customer: quotes, invoices, payment records and correspondence about your project.

How and why we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a quote or visit.
  • To plan, carry out and follow up on your bathroom work.
  • To keep accurate records of what was agreed.
  • To provide and improve our customer service.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Legitimate interests and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract: when we respond to your enquiry, arrange a quote or visit, and follow up with you.
  • Contract: when you become a customer and we plan, carry out and follow up on the work we've agreed.
  • Legal obligation: when we keep records to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
  • Legitimate interests: when we record calls and keep records to provide, check and improve our customer service and resolve queries or disputes.

Call recording and AI receptionist

When you phone us, your call may be answered or handled by an automated, AI-assisted receptionist, and calls may be recorded.

Call recordings and related information (such as transcripts, summaries and the number you called from) may be processed for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • handling customer enquiries;
  • creating accurate records of enquiries and customer instructions;
  • following up enquiries;
  • providing and improving customer service;
  • quality assurance; and
  • resolving queries or disputes.

Recordings may contain personal information you share during the conversation. We keep them only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes they were collected for, subject to any legal requirements.

Trusted third-party service providers may process telephone, messaging, CRM or AI-receptionist data on our behalf where needed to provide these services. If you'd rather not speak to the automated receptionist, you can email us instead.

How your information is stored

Your information is kept in secure systems, including our customer management (CRM) system, phone and messaging services, and email. Access is limited to people who need it to handle your enquiry or job.

Some of the trusted service providers we use may process or store information in other countries. Where this happens, we will make sure appropriate safeguards are in place where required by UK data-protection law.

Who we share information with

We only share personal information where necessary to provide our service, for example with:

  • service providers who help us run the business (website hosting, CRM, telephone, text messaging and AI-receptionist services);
  • trades or suppliers working on your project, where needed;
  • our accountant, insurers or professional advisers; and
  • authorities, where the law requires it.

These trusted service providers help us operate our website, CRM, telephone and AI-assisted customer communication systems. They may only use your information on our instructions.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

This applies to enquiries, customer records and call recordings alike. How long we keep them depends on the purpose they were collected for, our legal, accounting and operational requirements, and the retention settings of the systems we use.

We do not currently use Meta/Facebook Pixel or similar advertising tracking tools on this website.
